OSMOND - Osmond's defensive strategy Friday was to make Plainview one-dimensional.

And it worked. The Tigers limited what the Pirates were able to do in the run game. But Plainview's passing attack more than made up for the difference.

Senior Nate Christensen tossed four touchdown passes as Plainview routed their rival 52-6.

With the win, the Pirates improve to 5-0 for the first time since they were still an 11-man program in 2006.

Osmond's difficult season continued...as they dropped their 4th straight, falling to 1-4 after finishing 7-3 a year ago.
