HOSKINS - Emergency crews in Northeast Nebraska are responding to the scene of an accident between a car and a tractor on Highway 35 near Hoskins. 

We don't have many details, but our reporter at the scene reports that one or more people may be stuck inside a vehicle. Highway 35 has been closed in both directions while crews work the scene.
