Charges filed in fatal Blair Crash involving teens

BLAIR - Charges have been filed in a fatal crash near Blair that involved teens from July.

Our news partners WOWT are reporting the Washington County Attorney filed charges against a woman and 14-year-old boy in the case.

On July 5th, an SUV with 6 juveniles inside, all ages 13 and 14, crashed on a rural road near Blair. One of the occupants died. The other five were taken to the hospital.

The 14-year-old charged was driving. They face charges in juvenile court for felony motor vehicle homicide, reckless driving and 2nd-degree assault.

The woman faces 6 counts of negligent child abuse and a count of contributing to delinquency of a minor.
