BROKEN BOW - The mayor of a central Nebraska city already facing legal troubles has yet another grievance to deal with.
Broken Bow's Electrical Superintendent Jeremy Tarr has filed a grievance this week with Mayor Jonathan Berghorst.
In his grievance, Tarr says Berghorst directed him not to perform his job responsibilities according to his job description. Tarr also alleges micromanagement and says Berghorst makes decisions that aren't for him to make.
This is the third grievance filed against Mayor Berghorst after two Broken Bow Police Officers filed separate notices back in April. Berghorst is accused of threatening the officers' jobs for investigating a misdemeanor assault complaint.
Berghorst has pleaded not guilty to the assault charge which stems from an incident at a Broken Bow bar back in April.
