NORFOLK - The community of Norfolk came together to raise money for a good cause.

Faith Regional Health Services held their 4th annual Game of Hearts Grown-Up Game Night Saturday evening, raising money to provide AED’s to schools, businesses, and organizations that need them.

The night included dinner, drinks and games including human foosball, giant Jenga, cornhole and blackjack.

Executive Director of the Faith Regional Health Services Foundation Jake Claussen says money raised will help the community much more than just providing the devices.

“It’s an important educational opportunity for Faith Regional to be able to have people understand that exercise and eating right and all of the other things that can minimize your risk factors and make our communities healthier.” Claussen says.

This year organizers hope to raise around $20,000 to purchase 25 AED devices.

Last year's Game of Hearts event raised $30,000 to support the purchase of the a cardiovascular ultrasound for Faith Regional Health Services cardiac care department.
