Years Added To Tecumseh Inmate's Prison Sentence

TECUMSEH – Devin Miller, who has the alias Devin Dangerous according to court records, has eight to 12 years added onto his prison sentence.

Johnson County Attorney Rick Smith said Miller was at a location within the Tecumseh State Prison on July 28, 2018, where he was not authorized to be. Smith said Miller struck a caseworker in the face with a closed fist, knocking him to the ground. Once on the ground, the caseworker received numerous kicks to the head from Miller and other inmates before he was able to exit the gallery.

Miller is serving a 20-year-sentence for second degree murder in Hall County. He is eligible for parole on that case in 2029.
