Three people are injured after a two-car collision in northeast Nebraska's Antelope County.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene around 3:45 in the afternoon. The crash was at the intersection of Highway 20 and Highway 14 near Royal.

Nebraska State Patrol troopers on the scene say three people were injured. One was transported to a hospital via medical helicopter. Two people were taken to Antelope Memorial Hospital in Neligh by ambulance. The extent of the injuries are unclear.

The Antelope County Sheriff's Department, Neligh Police, Orchard Neligh Fire and Rescue, Brunswick Fire and The Nebraska State Patrol responded.

The accident is under investigation.
