Schedule of Events - 2019 Otoe County Fair

SYRACUSE – Entertainment at the 2019 Otoe County Fair includes wildlife encounters, comic magician Jerry Frasier and  Rodeo Rose Productions from Hershey, Neb.

Team roping and pony cycle races are scheduled at 6 p.m. Thursday, with More Than Games Amusement at South Park throughout the fair.

Saturday events include an antique tractor show, 4 p.m. parade and an outdoor dance featuring Two Way Crossing.

Entry for open class exhibits is scheduled from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24.

• 12:30 p.m. Sheep show
• 3 p.m. Goat show
• 6 p.m. 4-H fashion show, 100-year farm presentations

Friday, July 26

• 10 a.m. Beef show
• 11:30 a.m. Clover Kid Bucket Calf Show

Saturday, July 27

• 8 a.m. Swine show
• 9 a.m. 4-H companion animal show
• 9 a.m. Poultry judging
• 10 a.m. Rabbit show
• 1:30 p.m. Poultry showmanship
• 4 p.m. Otoe County fair parade

Sunday, July 28

• 8:30 a.m. Round robin livestock showmanship
• 9 a.m. 4-H Dog Show
• 9 a.m. Community church service
• 10:30 a.m. Open heifer show
• 4 p.m. Wood carving auction
• 4:30 p.m. 4-H and FFA livestock sale
