FALLS CITY – Jefrey Morley, 29, of Falls City was sentenced to consecutive 90 days in jail on charges of disturbing the peace, criminal mischief, trespassing and resisting arrest on July 3.

Morley is also sentenced to 18 months post release supervision.

Prosecutors say police responded to a disturbance call on Chase Street, where they were told that Morley had been in a residence without permission. An arrest affidavit says he was ejected, but used a fishing pole to hit the door and a resident. Police say Morley resisted arrest to a point where he and an officer were taken to the ground.

FALLS CITY – Chase Ramer, 30, of Shubert was sentenced to 18 months probation for trespassing and attempted possession of methamphetamine on Dec. 26.

An arrest affidavit says Ramer was ordered to leave a farm on 653 Avenue, but was later seen there. His car was towed off of the farm and deputies say smoking pipes were found in the car with traces of meth.
