NORFOLK - Snowfall totals in Northeast Nebraska have not reached the projected totals, but the storm was not fully uneventful.

Many roads were covered in ice… so we caught up the Department of Transportation to talk about the challenge of making these roads safe, and to ask about their new “Plow Tracking” feature.
