Conditions Improving Near Nebraska/South Dakota Border

NEBRASKA/SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER - As snow has moved through northern parts of Nebraska on Monday, conditions are improving south of Yankton, SD and into extreme parts of north central Nebraska. News Channel Nebraska's Mike Flood has this report.
