NPPD Nebraska Public Power District needs to do maintenance to its Norfolk substation due to flooding. Therefore, there will be a planned outage for all Norfolk customers south of Prospect Avenue and for the entirety of the City of Madison, NE starting at 5:30 p.m.
The power will be back on in Madison after 5 or 10 minutes. The power in Norfolk could take up to two hours to come back on.
