LINCOLN, Neb. — The Lincoln Christian girls showed why they are the team to beat in Class C-1.

The Crusaders defeated defeated North Bend Central 60-45 on Wednesday morning to advance to the semifinals of the NSAA State Tournament.

Senior Kenadee Ailes led Lincoln Christian with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Mattea Kassebaum also scored in double digits with 12.

North Bend's Lindsey Emanuel scored a game high 23 in the defeat.

Lincoln Christian will face Gothenburg or Bridgeport at Pinnacle Bank Arena on Friday at 9 a.m.
