BEATRICE, Neb. - For the first time since 1999, the Palmyra Panthers have a MUDECAS title in girls basketball.

The Panthers overcame a turnover-heavy battle to knock off Pawnee City 50-30. The two teams combined for 45 turnovers in the contest, as Pawnee City's 28 giveaways played a major factor.

Zylie Badertscher led the Panthers with 12 points in the win.
