GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — Bullriding, bullfighting, tractor pulls and a demolition derby will all be part of the 2024 Nebraska State Fair.

The Fair announced what it calls its Stampede Series and Twisted Chrome Series events on Monday.

The Stampede Series features the Ultimate Bullriding Tour on Friday, August 23 and the Ultimate Bullfighters Tour on Saturday, August 24. Both events start at 7 p.m. in the U.S. Foods Outdoor Arena.

The Twisted Chrome Series includes the Nebraska Bush Pullers Truck and Tractor Pull on Sunday, Sept. 1 and the Nebraska State Fair Demolition Derby on Monday, Sept. 2. Both events are in the newly created State Fair Motorsports Park. News Channel Nebraska is the sponsor for Sunday's tractor pull.

“We love having these two sets of high-adrenaline events to help declare the opening and closing weekend of the 2024 Nebraska State Fair,” executive director Jaime Parr said in a statement. “The Stampede Series bull events are awe-inspiring and the Twisted Chrome Series will get your heart racing along with the high RPMs.”
