EWING - The vaunted Humphrey St. Francis pressure defense victimized another girls basketball team on Thursday. 

The Flyers forced 15 turnovers in the first half alone, stifling Summerland in a 65-22 win.

The Bobcats actually led after the first quarter, but St. Francis turned it on beginning in the second quarter, outscoring Summerland 40-8 over the middle two quarters - a stretch in which the Bobcats shot just 3-for-11.

St. Francis had come into Thursday night's contest forcing 28.7 turnovers per game. The Class D2 defending champs improved to 5-1 on the year, while handing Summerland their second loss of the season.
