OMAHA, Neb. -- A former Millard North High School teacher arrested for sexual assault in 2020 was found not guilty Wednesday in Douglas County District Court.
Andrew McGreevy was set free after a judge ruled the prosecution failed to provide enough evidence. The jury hearing the case was dismissed.
McGreevy was arrested in August 2020, initially charged with four counts of sexual assault.
Prosecutors in 2020 alleged McGreevy sexually assaulted a 17-year-old girl. Others reportedly say they had been assaulted by McGreevy, as well.
