Fortenberry indicted by federal grand jury in L.A.

The US Attorney in Los Angeles tweeting this afternoon that Fortenberry is charged with concealing information and making false statements to the FBI during an investigation into illegal campaign contributions made by a foreign billionaire in 2016.
