Mall in Norfolk going up for auction

NORFOLK, Neb. -- A northeast Nebraska mall is going up for auction.

A spokesperson for Brookwood Capital Advisors said Monday that the company is auctioning the Sunset Plaza Mall in Norfolk.

The auction will include current tenants like JC Penney, Hibbett Sports, Famous Footwear, Bath and Body Works, and Pizza Ranch. They say Target will not be included.

Brookwood Capital Advisors had just recently taken ownership of the mall in July.

The auction is set for November 15th-17th.
