Severe thunderstorm watch includes portions of Nebraska Panhandle and southeast Wyoming
Severe thunderstorms are expected Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service office in Cheyenne.

BRIDGEPORT - Severe thunderstorms are expected Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service office in Cheyenne.
The weather service says storms will develop along the Laramie Range and spread east into the Nebraska Panhandle. Golfball size hail, damaging downburst winds in excess of 70 mph, and localized heavy rain will be the primary hazards.
A severe thunderstorm watch was issued Tuesday afternoon for portions of the Nebraska Panhandle and southeast Wyoming, including Banner, Morrill, Scotts Bluff, Box Butte and Goshen Counties. The watch remains in effect until 11 p.m.
