Fuad Rivas Signs with Peru State Football

The Bobcat football coaching staff announced that Fuad Zayd Rivas (Coral Springs, Fla.) signed his national letter of intent to play football next season for the Bobcats. Rivas signed his intent letter earlier this spring.

(Peru, Neb.) – The Bobcat football coaching staff announced that Fuad Zayd Rivas (Coral Springs, Fla.) signed his national letter of intent to play football next season for the Bobcats. Rivas signed his intent letter earlier this spring.

Rivas is the son of Azize Touma and Eduardo Rivas. He is a senior at Coral Glades High School.

The 5'11, 286-pound defensive lineman is one explosive and strong player. He is predicted to play defensive tackle for the Bobcats next season, adding good depth to their already powerful defensive line.

Rivas plans to major in accounting at Peru State. In addition to a football scholarship, Rivas will be receiving the TJ Majors award.
