* At 7:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.6 feet...or 0.4 feet below
flood stage.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 18.8 feet. It will then fall below
flood stage Thursday afternoon.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Memorial Drive begins to flood.
