Polis: Proposed budget will ease suffering, set up recovery

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis is telling lawmakers his $35 billion budget request for the next fiscal year aims to ease residents' suffering this winter because of the coronavirus and position the state for a long-term post-pandemic recovery.
