BEATRICE - Southeast Community College cuts the ribbon on its newest facility, a $25 million Health Sciences building located on the Lincoln Campus...next Tuesday.

The virtual ribbon-cutting will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at its 8800 O St. Campus. Because of COVID-19 safety protocols, the event is for attendees and the media only...but it will be livestreamed for the general public.

The building will be home to sixteen health programs offered by SCC.

Speakers will include Gov. Pete Ricketts, SCC President Dr. Paul Illich, Jill Sand and SCC Board of Governors Chairperson Nancy Seim.

Hausmann Construction was the general contractor of the facility, designed by BCDM Architects and Perkins & Will.
