SIDNEY, NE - A former Sidney man will be sentenced next month after reaching a plea deal last week in a case involving a drunk driving arrest.

Nathan Mills is set to be sentenced November 5th. He pleaded guilty to a charge of refusing to submit to a chemical or drug test while having two prior DUI convictions. That is a Class 3 felony.

Mills was originally charged with his fourth DUI offense after being pulled over and arrested in March. The charge was then amended to refusing to submit to a test with three prior DUI convictions. It was amended again as a result of the plea deal.

According to court documents, Mills has moved to Minnesota since the incident occurred.
