NORTH SIOUX CITY, SD - More than a dozen people are without a home Monday morning after an apartment fire in North Sioux City, SD.

The North Sioux City Fire Department says the fire was reported Monday around 9 a.m. at the Northport Apartments.

Fire officials say around 20 people were displaced by the blaze and no injuries were reported.

Crews from Sergeant Bluff, Sioux City, and the 185th Airwing responded for mutual aid.

Officials believe lightning may have caused the fire, but the investigation is still underway.
