A water main break near downtown Sidney has closed roads and shutdown water services for residential neighborhoods and businesses.

SIDNEY - A water main break near downtown Sidney has closed roads and shutdown water services for residential neighborhoods and businesses.
City of Sidney crew members are on scene of the break on 15th Ave. between Jackson and King Streets.
Water/Sewer Superintendent Rob Kuhns says residents and businesses on Illinois St., between 13th and 15th Avenues, are being affected. However, UST Global still has water service.
Everyone on 15th Ave., between Illinois and King Streets, are without water service Tuesday afternoon.
Holly Realty and the duplex on 13th Ave. have had their water shutoff while repairs are being made.
Kuhns hopes to have services restored by 6 p.m. Tuesday evening.
