Cheyenne County Drivers License office to reopen Wednesday

The Drivers License office at the Cheyenne County Courthouse will reopen on Wednesday. 

Cheyenne County Treasurer Shelley Bowlin says the office is reopening for its normal operations, including drivers license exams and renewals. 

Anyone planning on taking a driving test needs to bring a mask to wear in the car while taking their exam. 

Bowlin recommends people call ahead to make sure they have everything they need before heading to the office. She also asks people be patient as long lines are expected as the office reopens after a prolonged closure.

The Drivers License office's hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
