ANTELOPE COUNTY - The Antelope County Emergency Manager is leaving his role.
According to a letter submitted at Monday’s Antelope County Commissioners’ meeting, Sheriff Robert Moore has resigned as the County Emergency Manager.
In the letter, Moore says he is resigning because he can't continue under the current conditions and feelings of the commissioners.
Moore was Emergency Manager for 10 years in Antelope County.
He says he's appreciative of the original board of commissioners for giving him the position and that he is grateful to have served the county.
