NORFOLK - A Norfolk man is in jail after authorities say he was found in a garage that wasn't his, with a car that wasn't his.
29-year old John Dieter of Norfolk was arrested Wednesday morning.
Norfolk Police say they received a call that their vehicle had been stolen overnight. Officers found the vehicle parked in the 500-block of North 13th Street. At that residence officers noticed a partially open garage door and Dieter hiding inside.
Dieter did not live at the residence and the garage's owner told authorities he shouldn't have been there.
Officers also found meth and drug paraphernalia at the scene before arresting Dieter on multiple counts.
