NORFOLK - COVID-19 couldn't stop a Norfolk couple from experiencing their special day.

Ryan Doud and Beth Ebmeier were married on Saturday. Because groups are limited to ten or fewer people, the two had to find a creative way to let loved ones experience their nuptials. Their solution? Streaming the ceremony on Facebook Live.

Doud says the couple's guest had swelled over 400 before the COVID-19 outbreak began. On Saturday, hundreds instead watched from the comfort of their homes while the Douds were married.

Ryan says they had multiple setbacks over the course of their planning, including their dinner venue canceling on them late Thursday night. But the ceremony itself went off without a hitch on Saturday morning.
