NORTH PLATTE, Neb. North Platte man is in jail after law enforcement say he helped murder suspects in January.

The Nebraska State Patrol searched for two fugitives in January.

Investigators say 30-year-old Tyler Corbit helped his bothers as they were being sought by law enforcement in multiple states in early January.

Chris Corbit and Jeremy Bailey were tied to a homicide investigation by the Tulare County Sheriff's Office in California.

Tyler Corbit is facing five felony charges related to aiding and abetting.

His bothers traveled to Nebraska, prompting NSP to issue an alert to the public on January 5 to avoid contact with them and report any sightings to 911.

Bailey and Chris Corbit then fled Nebraska.

The two fugitives were found and arrested in Utah by the Utah Highway Patrol.

Tyler Corbit is set to appear in court on February 27th at the Lincoln County Courthouse.
