Norfolk Woman Jailed After Aggravated DWI In Stanton County

STANTON COUNTY - A Norfolk woman is in jail following an aggravated DWI arrest in Stanton County over the weekend.

According to the Stanton County Sheriff's Office, 29-year-old Georgianna Beaudette was arrested around 2:30 AM Saturday morning along Highway 35. Beaudette was stopped for going 76 mph in a 60 mph zone, and was jailed after testing nearly three times the legal limit.

Beaudette was formally charged with aggravated DWI-Third Offense, and is scheduled to appear in court next month. Two passengers in her vehicle were also cited for open container violations.
