NORFOLK - A Nebraska man is behind bars after police say he was caught drinking and driving for the fourth time.

Norfolk Police Captain Mike Bauer says an officer pulled over 35-year-old Riley Thompson for having a car without working taillights around 1:30 am Thursday. The officer noticed that Thompson's license was revoked and smelled alcohol coming from him.

Thompson refused to take a preliminary breath test and a chemical test.
