Man arrested in Norfolk for fourth DUI
A Nebraska man is behind bars after being caught drinking and driving for the fourth time.
NORFOLK - A Nebraska man is behind bars after police say he was caught drinking and driving for the fourth time.
Norfolk Police Captain Mike Bauer says an officer pulled over 35-year-old Riley Thompson for having a car without working taillights around 1:30 am Thursday. The officer noticed that Thompson's license was revoked and smelled alcohol coming from him.
Thompson refused to take a preliminary breath test and a chemical test.
He was arrested for fourth offense DUI, refusal to submit breath and chemical tests and driving under revocation.
