FAIRBURY - Jefferson County authorities arrested three people on numerous drug charges in Fairbury early Tuesday.

Deputies served a search warrant on a residence located at 515 W 8th St. in Fairbury just after 7 a.m.

Upon making entry, three subjects identified as Rose Coyle (27), Joshua Lerma (33) and John Seefus (48) were taken into custody for distribution of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Located within the residence were items of suspected meth and meth paraphernalia.

All three suspects are currently being held in the Jefferson County jail and awaiting court appearances.  The case remains under investigation.
