Lincoln Montessori Elementary Named A 2019 National Blue Ribbon School

NORFOLK - Lincoln Montessori Elementary School in Norfolk has been honored as a 2019 National Blue Ribbon School.

The honor is awarded to schools considered as “Exemplary High Performing” by national standards.

The U.S. Secretary of Education, Betsy DeVos announced that 362 schools in the United States won the award.

The school applications are evaluated in a review process among public and private schools throughout the nation.

Lincoln Montessori Elementary School was one of 6 schools from Nebraska recognized in the announcement.

The school was established in 1992 and currently, the school enrolls 134 students in Kindergarten through 4th Grade.
