NEBRASKA CITY - Fans are invited to celebrate Lourdes Central Catholic's homecoming with a pep rally and football game on Friday.

This year's theme is "Knights in their Element."

"Students have been participating in dress up days and activities this week," Special Project Director Brooke Chaney said. "The class showing the most school spirit will win the Homecoming Trophy."

The coronation of the 2019 Homecoming King and Queen will be held at halftime of the football game between the Knights and Exeter-Milligan-Friend. Kickoff at Nebraska City High School is at 7 p.m.

Queen candidates are Elaina Madison, Libby Baumert, Addison DeFreece and Ivye Meyer. James Kearney, Damon Honeysuckle, Luke Partsch and Ethan Roberts are the king candidates.

The pep rally will begin festivities at 2:30 p.m. at the McCabe Activities Center.
