David Mitchell is facing a burglary charge after police say he orchestrated the breaking and entering in July.
Authorities accuse Mitchell of instructing 2 men, Anthony Rodriguez and Philip Williams to steal video game consoles, accessories and other high-value items from a competing store called Gameroom in Omaha.
Officials said the estimated loss from the burglaries is over $58,000.
Rodriguez came forward to Omaha police and said he and Williams were instructed by Mitchell to steal the items. Rodriguez also told Omaha police that Mitchell joined Williams to steal more items from Gameroom at least 5 or 6 times.
