Inmate missing from Lincoln Community Corrections Center

LINCOLN - Authorities have been notified about an inmate missing from the Community Corrections Center in Lincoln.

Corrections officials say Timothy Bailey did not return from his work release job. He managed to remove the electronic monitoring device he was wearing at 10th and O Streets.

Bailey is serving a two year sentence for possession of a controlled substance out of Dodge County. His sentence began last November and he was scheduled to be released next month.

Bailey is a 29-year old white man. He's five-foot-six and 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with knowledge of Bailey’s whereabouts is asked to contact local authorities or the Nebraska State Patrol.
