Lincoln man arrested after victim found on porch bleeding from head
A Lincoln man is in jail after allegedly assaulting a person staying at his apartment.

LINCOLN - A Lincoln man is in jail after allegedly assaulting a person staying at his apartment.
In a news release, Lincoln Police say officers responded to a report of an injured man Tuesday afternoon on 32nd and Q Street.
When police arrived, a 62-year-old man was on a porch, bleeding from his head.
The man told officers that 51-year-old Nolan Young used a stick to assault him.
The victim was sent to the hospital with numerous cuts and a broken bone.
The victim told officers that he stayed the night at Young’s apartment and left the next morning. Police say the two got into an argument and Young began hitting him with a stick.
Officers found blood several places around Young's apartment.
He was arrested for 2nd-degree assault, weapons charges and assaulting a police officer.
