Cory Haase sentenced for role in Stanton County vandalism
A Woodland Park man as been sentenced for his role in the vandalism of a Stanton County Deputy's home.

STANTON COUNTY - A Woodland Park man as been sentenced for his role in the vandalism of a Stanton County Deputy's home.
In a news release from the Stanton County Sheriff's Office, authorities say 41-year-old Cory Haase is sentenced to fifteen months in jail following his conviction for Obstructing a Police Officer, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass.
Haase was sentenced for his actions in February when he threw a brick through a window of an on-duty Sheriff’s deputy's home in Woodland Park while his family was home.
Haase was tracked to his residence and both Haase and 35-year-old Jeffrey Ronnfeldt were arrested following a fight where Ronnfeldt was tased by authorities.
He was also ordered to pay close to 500 dollars in restitution for the damages.
