LINCOLN - Several buildings in southwest Lincoln were damaged Sunday evening when a severe tornadic storm moved through South Central and Southeast Nebraska.
The National Weather Service received a report of a tornado two miles southeast of Malcolm around 5:30 p.m.
In Lincoln, there were multiple reports of downed tree limbs and scattered power outages.
Reports from the scene indicate that the Dairy Sweet near Pioneers Park was destroyed.
A roof from another building landed on Highway 2.
