Sen. Fischer Supports Flood Responders in Congress

WASHINTON D.C. (News Channel Nebraska) - The historic flooding in Nebraska is being mentioned in the nation's capital.
Members of the state's congressional delegation have voiced support for victims and first responders while on Capitol Hill. Senator Deb Fischer briefed the Senate on conditions in Nebraska.
Senator Ben Sasse issued a statement Thursday night urging safety and saying he's been in contact with Governor Ricketts about conditions.
