High wind warnings remain in effect as powerful gusts batter tri-state region

High wind warnings remain in effect Friday across the Nebraska Panhandle, southeast Wyoming and northeast Colorado. Gusts near 70 mph have already caused a semi blowover on I-80 and dangerous travel conditions.
