Democrats Vargas and Shelton said to be considering Bacon race

Nothing is set but it appears that at least two Omaha Democrats, State Senator Tony Vargas and Alisha Shelton, are checking out their chances of beating Congressman Don Bacon next year.

The head of the Nebraska Democratic Party confirms to NCN that both Vargas and Shelton are considering a run against the three-term incumbent Republican.
